Hirtshals → Bergen
The main ferry operator on this long north-Atlantic crossing is Fjord Line:
-
It runs daily or near-daily sailings from Hirtshals (Denmark) to Bergen (Norway) in the summer.
-
Crossing time: ~16–18 hours depending on schedule/season.
-
You can take your camper van and book a cabin or deck seat.

That’s a lovely reflection @[email protected] . Those early experiences have a way of staying dormant rather than disappearing, and it’s usually one small spark that brings them back to life.
