August 17th (2026) I will be flying back home from Tromsø after cycling Norway for about six weeks. Any suggestions where I could ask for a bike (card board) box in Tromsø so I can wrap up my bike? Any local dealers there I could hook up ahead of time?

Hi all, our team of 3 riders is due to start the Mjølkevegen and Rallarvegen this weekend However we’ve just had one of our gravel bikes crushed by a bus!
Would welcome any recommendations for good bike shops in Oslo. We need help urgently, either for a good rental or to buy a replacement carbon gravel bike.

Hello Christoph, I’m first driving to Hirtshals (the northernmost point in Denmark) and then taking the ferry to Bergen. My tour will start from there. Then you return from Trondheim by train to Lavrik and from there by ferry back to Hirtshals. Christian

Hi there,
plan to cycle rallarvegn and mjolkevegn with family from next week. Idea is to start with Haugastol – Voss, go back by train and head to mjolkevegn from Geilo. However, returning to Geilo from Vinstra seems to be a very long trip by train/bus. Any recommendations for a round trip starting in Geilo?
