Hello, planning my first trip to Norway in July. So many possibilities. I’m trying to connect some remote gravel roads of the southeast (starting at Oslo Airport Gardermoen) to the famous gravelroads like Jotunheimen, Mjolkevegen to reach the Femundsmarka route(s).
Was especially looking for a connection from Hagafoss via Varaldsvegen to…

Hi all. We left Bergen last Friday and we are cycling North. We are a bit confused! I didn’t study the cyclenorway map of the EV1, we already bought the Bikeline EV1 map (i like a paper map). Just realised that there is a discrepancy! Our map does not get a ferry from Floro but goes over mountainous (pushing for us oldies!), via Svelgen, Isane,…

Vegan is fine in Norway. Supermarkets cover your requirements. There is a full overview of food and drink in Norway on the website for members. https://cyclenorway.com/en/food-drink/
Bergen to Kristiansand in general will offer more tailwind and is the way I would go.

Hi,
We are disembarking the Hurtiguten Ferry at 4.30 am and I thought we might do a lap of Andoya to start. Has anyone ridden Highway 82? At Andenes we will join EV1 and head south. I’m thinking that at that time of day most road will be pretty quiet.

I think you’ll be fine, both sides are rideable with limited traffic.
