Simon and I are setting off from Bergen on May 16th heading north. We have cycled from Calais to Santiago de Compostela, now the northern section. We hope to fill in the middle in subsequent years! We are in our early 70’s.
Any up to date information, thoughts etc would be welcome. I am most concerned about tunnels (but have some experience of them in the Alps). We plan to start like tortoises as we haven’t had time to train, but usually average about 80km/day. We plan to camp but looking forward to cabin’s/huts. We’ve got good waterproofs and layers
