Around September 2nd, I plan to arrive at Nordkapp. I am now looking for options to return to Bodø. My initial plan is to take a ferry from Honningsvåg to Tromsø. I would appreciate any advice on how to get from Tromsø to Bodø.Mike Page, Thomas Van Pelt and Luis Coelho3 Comments-

Thank you Matthew. I was looking into the ferry transport from Tromsø to Bodø, but the price is inhumane—more than €600. Flying is a tough choice because I will leave the box and protection in Bodø, which means I would have to find everything needed for packing and protection in Tromsø. The bus is the only good option, but I wasn’t sure if they take bikes. I also couldn’t figure out how much it would cost me. I will do this 😄

The boat is crazy because you are focused to order a cabin. Book less than 24 hours and it’s a lot cheaper. Thus break your journey up with a stop off somewhere. Then just get on the next boat the next day and travel again without a cabin. The bus will allow a bike if there is space (usually there will be).
