The area around Hengsvann between Kongsberg and Notodden is closed as its inuse by the military at the moment. Think it is a practice area for the heimevernet ( territorial army) and as it is holiday week they are probably on exercise. BTW, if you are bikepacking right now, Storm Amy is coming in tomorrow. It’s going to be two very bad days of weather. But, I guess you know this already. Afterwards, it looks like a dry next week with above-average temperatures.
