Hotel Trondheim with bicycle storage/parking
Hej,
we are currently biking along the coast and want to stay two days in Trondheim for sightseeing. But all the hotels we checked and called so far do not offer any safe storage for bicycles. We don’t just want to lock them on a bikestand outside…
Does anyone know a hotel/B&B or even any kind of closed bike-lockers in a range of around 3km around the city center?

There’s an app called Bikely with bike lockers all over Trondheim. The first four hours are free, then it’s 10 kr per hour. I’ve used them plenty of times. That said, my advice would be to book a hotel and keep your bikes in the room. I’ve never had an issue doing this. If reception says no, insist they provide a safe and secure alternative. Don’t accept the first “no” — once they see you’re serious, they usually back down and let you take the bikes upstairs. https://www.safebikely.com/
