Last year I stayed the night before flying out at Radisson. It was no problem to store the bikebag in their luggage room for 1 week. But you do need that 1 night booking. Also I had inquired in advance to get confirmation on the storage. I’m having a foldable bike bag (evoc) so it packs down to the volume of a fully loaded golf bag. I had checked with airport luggage storage too and they would accept this foldable bag too. Apparently for non foldable bags it is not possible as you say.

One advice i would like to add, which is having a rainjacket with a hood that fits over your helmet. It really makes it more comfortable during long downpours and keeps your head warm too. There are very good breathable lightweight cycling rainjackets that pack to a very small volume but not all have a hood. Brands like rapha and exteondo have but comes with a cost…
