Matthew, How do we as eco-conscious tourists relay messages to the Norwegian powers-that-be, that their proposals re-tourist taxation will miss the mark. I remember a conversation last fall with a local resident who bemoaned the camper-vans from Europe showing up, fully supplied, so little benefit to their local economay.
