    Been several times bikepacking / camping norway above arctic circle (also up to north cape) i can say even in summer weather can be dramatically different. If you have a good tent with not to much ground ventilation, so it gets warm a bit (Hilleberg Enan or Soulo) i am using a western Mountaineering 650g (not to light / not a Winter bag) with an optional Cocoon Thermolite inlay and optional long merino trouses / thick merino socks (and a beanie). Meaning a kind of a layering system. Works best for me in trade of freezing and weight. Because on the other side it can be so warm, that a winter bag is simply to much .. but you should be able to cover under 10 degrees with comfort.
