Did Gamle Strynefjellsvegen yesterday (20/06). Conditions are good and was not too bad with trafic.
I rode from Stryn to Grotli, so climbed on tarmac, which was nice, but I think is steeper that coming from the other way.
Near the top the gravel was a bit wet and felt “sandy” (slowing you down a bit).
Descending on the gravel was technical with the some loose gravel and many turns – but it was fun.
I definitely recommend it!

I rode the same route from Stryn to Grotli on 29 June. Unfortunately I had heavy rain the whole way and 1 degree celcius at the top. But I am glad that I was able to do it.
