Options I can think of:
1) Join Warmshowers and contact people in Oslo and see if any have space for two bikes
2) Stick two bikes in the Bikely Box in Oslo. Not sure of the cost for a long period of time: https://www.bikely.no/product/pod
3 Use the bike hotel at the central station: https://www.oslo.kommune.no/gate-transport-og-parkering/sykkel/sykkelhotell/
4) Contact bike shops in Oslo and see if any will hold your bikes for a small fee (doubtful but worth an email).
